Completed in 2019 at 11 Ploiesti Street, right next to Mihai Viteazu Square. The project provides 5,500 sqm of Class A offices.

Burebista 8 Project

Completed in 2018 at 8 Burebista Street, close to Gara Nord Square. The residential project covers 35,000 sqm.

The project located at 36 Traian Street is a mixed-use development covering 40,000 sqm.

The project located in Baciu on Galaxiei Street is a complete multifunctional development of 7 blocks covering 86,000 sqm.

Dunarii 20B Project

Completed in 2015 at 20B Dunarii Street, right next to Iulius Mall. The project provides 30,000 sqm of residential space and a 3,500 sqm hotel building.
